1. Made-to-Order Products
For our made-to-order products, please note that these are custom-designed and will require 7 business days to complete before shipping. This allows us to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship for your personalized items.

2. Shipping Time
Once your order is ready, we will ship it using our standard shipping method, which generally takes 9-12 business days to reach you. Please be aware that the shipping time does not include the 7 business days for production of custom items.

3. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders, so you won’t have to worry about any extra fees for delivery.

4. Expedited Shipping
If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping options. Please contact us at vbetterlife@outlook.com
 for more information or to arrange faster delivery. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to keep track of your delivery status.
