Refund policy
At Vbetterlife, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please carefully review our return and refund policy:
1. Custom Made-to-Order Products
Due to the personalized nature of our made-to-order items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check your design choices before placing your order.
2. Non-Custom Items
For non-custom products, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact our customer support team at vbetterlife@outlook.com
within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Step 2: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Step 3: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
4. Refunds
Non-custom products: Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase, minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Custom items: We do not provide refunds for custom items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at vbetterlife@outlook.com
with photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund for the item in question, without any restocking fee.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Non-custom products: If you are returning an item for a reason other than a defect or damage, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
Defective or damaged items: If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same procedure as a return. Depending on availability, we will process an exchange for a different size, color, or product. Please note that the 20% restocking fee will also apply if you are returning a non-defective item for an exchange.
