Q1: What makes Vbetterlife dog collars special?
A: Each collar is handcrafted with natural gemstones, crystal accents, and premium vegan leather. Designed for dogs who deserve jewelry—not just accessories.
Q2: What size collar should I order for my dog?
A: Measure your dog's neck snugly with a soft tape measure and add 1-2 inches for comfort. Our collars come in S (10-12"), M (12-14"), L (14-16"), XL (16-18"). If between sizes, size up for safety.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly. However, if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Vbetterlife@outlook.com. We can make changes if the order has not been shipped yet.
Q4: Are your collars safe for dogs?
A: Yes. All metal hardware is nickel-free and lead-free. Crystals and gemstones are securely set with professional-grade adhesive. We recommend supervising your dog while wearing the collar for the first 24 hours.
Q5: Can I leave the collar on my dog all day?
A: Our collars are designed for special occasions, photoshoots, and supervised walks. We recommend removing them during rough play, swimming, or unsupervised time to prevent any damage.
Q6：Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping! We ship to a variety of countries, and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Q7. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are unused and in original packaging. You can find more information on our Refund Policy page. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply for non-quality returns.
Q8. How do I return a product?
To return a product, please contact us at Vbetterlife@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the return instructions. Once the product is returned, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Q9. How much is shipping?
A: Free standard shipping on orders over $99. Oder under $99 ship at a flat $8.95 rate within the U.S. Express shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Q10. Can I personalize my dog's collar?
A: Yes. Our Mon Amour collection (search "Personalized" in our menu) lets you choose your gemstone mix and we engrave your dog's name on the leather charm. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for personalized orders.
11. Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards, but we are considering adding this option in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
